Meet Re-Can – a mini composting unit that turns table scraps into sprinkles of gardening gold. Seems like this would be pretty easy to DIY. Also makes me think about the large-scale compost bins at the Baltimore Free Farm. We’ve talked in the past about some kind of massive agitator. What if there could be some kind of (perhaps automated) distribution system too – a compost sprinkler system so to speak?
