It is with some sadness but great appreciation that we mark the end of Katie Dix’s tenure as coordinator at CGRN – the Community Greening Resource Network. Those who know Katie need no reminder of her tireless advocacy and boundless energy for the cause of urban greening. She moves too quickly to say for certain, but some of us swear we’ve seen just a flicker of her superhero cape as she flits about the city, helping to transform its future (made from fully recycled and bio-degradable material of course). Katie will be taking up a position at Blue Water Baltimore where she will no doubt be the champion of the harbor and the scourge of polluters that we need, all in her own indomitable, vivacious fashion. We wish her the best of luck.
