Pop-Up Plagiarism?

By October 10, 2012 No Comments

Has someone noticed our penchant for all things pop-up (here and here for examples) and attempted to bite our style with a concept for a pop-up farm recipe book? I’m looking at you, designer Antonio Scarponi and your ELIOO scheme – a DIY instruction manual for building pop-up micro-farms using IKEA components. Hmm, then again this whole Pop-Up City site looks like it’s been around a while, so this may be a case of totally nefarious preemptive plagiarism (fiendish!). Okay, okay, nice try people. But we’ve got some pop-up concepts that are going to blow your hyper-educated minds and make your cerebellum pop from your cranium as though some five-year old had just pulled on your tongue like a paper tab. Get ready to feel the whimsical pain! It’s ON!!!
